Payed taxes on it, went to the DMV, was given form 401-A for Application for a special serial number, called the No# given and was told had to send in form and pics of bike, they would send me back Title and Vin Number. So we will see how that will pan out... Right now I'm looking for a small motorcycle that dont run w/title...Last resort. I will ride my kikker......

But, If I can get it titled and a vin number this way that would help alot of Kikkers out there in SC, might not be able to jump and run, but it will be by the books, being a ex-cop I'll try that rout, but like I said Ex-cop, being the key word, I will ride my kikker....

jeff, I checked with the DMV here in Columbia and was told as long as you had the MSO you could get it titled and registered in SC. Do you have the MSO???
