Thanks guys, I'll try these things.

Anchorage? How's things at the Great Alaskan Bush Company?
Used to stop in there during stopovers to King Salmon and Egegik and home again. I need a new hat, since I retired from fishin' my old one is toast.

confirming to disengage the clutch while rockin' her back and forth?

Hi folks,

Thanks for the input, but none of it worked.

I warmed up the bike for 15 minutes

I worked the clutch back and forth for about 5 of it.

Shut off the bike put the bike in first gear and rocked the bike back and forth after stepping on the clutch.

I did this for about 20 minutes. I even tapped on the case with a rubber mallet while attempting to disengage the clutch after the previous attempts.

clutch still does not disengage.

What is the next solution for a stuck clutch pack?

Is there an adjustment for the clutch without tearing the engine open?

...and yes, the cable and linkage is adjusted properly...

Is there another solution?

Hey Man, Kellys selling motors right now for a buck 99 with minor damaged fins....Maybe swap yours out and put your heads on one....Qwik Fix...lots of spare parts too. Just a thought.

Yes I filled oil in it.
As I understand it the clutch uses the same oilbath as the engine.

Please tell me I R Stoopid and that the simple fix is to fill the primary and clutch from a seperate location???

$1.99 for an engine with damaged fins?

This is a brand new engine and transmission and clutch.

didn't mean to be a smartass...

With a brand new engine, this shouldn't be happenning. the other 200 is fine.

Does anybody have a solution or a way to adjust the 200 clutch?
