I have heard of it but not on the news. My belief is if they let info out on a mass scale through the media, all of the (Green) products that you pay dbl the money for would and may lead to a a forced investigation as to how legitamite are these (GREEN) Company's and how much truth is in the facts of the so called CLIMATE SCIENTIST. This could be one of the worst blows ever delt to the WORLD let alone the USA. & with the WORLD ECONOMY the was it is right now, WILL NOT take a blow that hard. (HISTORY SHOWS US THIS FACT!!! Im not saying don't purchase these products, but Im saying KNOW the reason you do things. AS we tell people on this fourm READ, SEARCH OUT THE TRUTH!!! There are weather records from the 1800's and before from around the world that show THE SAME PATTERNS as what is going on today.

You too Sir are very correct. I live In Carbondale Il. Home of Southern Illinois Univesity. The #1 research facility on dairy cattle in the world. I work with a guy who used to be head of the Agriculter Dept there . (Now Retired) These are Subjects that we have talked about many times and he has confirmed that this true. Its kinda weird when you drive by some of the cattle fields and see dairy cattle running around with a big plastic screw on lids attached their side. (ITS CRAZY LOOKING THE FIRST TIME YOU SEE IT) These animals are perfectly happy. They live normal healthy lives and some are very spoiled, but they are like this to find out info on how to cut down on these gases as well as other livestock problems. I think this is a good subject and not politcal on this level but as you dive further into this subject it is very political. There are problems we know In LA, CHICAGO, NEW YORK, ECT. But also Take a look @ INDIA, I have one very good friend who is a politician. He is Il Senator John Bradley. I've Know John since we were 8 years old and this is one, of the topics that is on his plate right now because of the (GREEN ENERGY ) programs that are going on in Chicago to collect energy using wind turbines on top of building in Chicago. Sometimes I wonder who is the dumber of the two,The bovine or the human cattle

We do need to get off of fossil fuels. It's not so much the so called "green house gasses" but the filth that accompanies it. Acid rain, mercury etc. Smog is not healthy. Cancer rates are at an all time high. IMO it has a lot to do with burning fossil fuels.

im a environmental engineer and i can tell you that the 18% is wrong! live stock releases methane which is 6 times more damaging effects than carbon dioxide. and if want to know why then i can tell you in great detail why this is...

i disagree.. i have compiled and historic/current data analysis on snow, rain in respect to elevation, aspect, longitude and latitude for the sierra Nevada mountains here in california. it was very clear from the data that the snow line is moving to higher elevations and in lower elevations were there used to be snow there is now rain.. again i can explain why this... the overall reason why this is happening is because global warming... no other natural event here in the west could explain this phenomenon.

Obviously the real issue is with air quality and not a change in temps. Don't believe me..fly up here to AK and take a breath. Its noticeably better.
The earth has an eliptical orbit..that distance from the sun is what effects temperatures and gravimetric changes most. Over thousands of years it fluctuates to extremes causing a change in average temps bringing about ice ages and series of warmer temp records as well. Didn't we all learn this in science class? There is too much money being made in doing studies and selling carbon credits for our government to be open on the subject..they get their cut.

As far as knocks..we produce less emmisions than diesels or larger displacement engines and save gobs of fuel resources and expenses at the same time. Big oil hates the little guy that has found independance from their clutches. Be it solar wind or other other energy..they won't make the money that they have become accustomed too and again...the Gov. gets their cut. Best thing we can do for the planet and to reduce this politcal and fiscal enslavement is ride your knock. Why do you think asian and european countries have such huge numbers of scooters and mopeds on the road? Because they figured this out many years ago and has been propagated by the necessity for fuel savings due to price and availability.
We do it with an American flair....and that is what excites many people when they see you cruise by. Many people say thats cool or damn thats a cute bike....but when I say it gets 75-100mpg...the jaw drops and they ask how much..then the eyes pop open. There is more to Knocking than looking cool for cheap...it is a movement that can change our society and change the future for our children.
