I mounted some new turn signal brackets from J&P Cycles, also some new led signals from ebay. I broke 2 signal studs right off when i tried to tighten them, they are built cheaply. I think they only have a 5/16 mounting stud, so it's a little smaller than the stock signals. I used the 2 led's that i didn't break up front, and 2 stock signals in the rear. No problem with the stock flasher but, i'm waiting on a new brake light with plate bracket for the top of the rear fender, it also has turn signals built in. I guess i will have to put some small bulbs in the can so the flasher will work, seen someone already posted this mod. I'll post a pic, and more pics tomorrow, my camera needs batteries charged.

Also trued my spokes, they were pretty close to start with, just had to tighten them so they all sounded the same. I still need to mount my new tires. Here is a pic of the turn signal bracket, more pics coming soon.

Front and rear tires are constructed differently. The rear has its belts laid front to back so it can handle the forward twist of the drive....front tire are belted cross ways or side to side so it can handle the sidewall force when turning. whereas weight is a factor..the speed your turning at creates the greater force. Bias ply tires like the ones that come with your 200 are belted both directions and can be mounted either front or rear. running a rear as a front...You'll notice when you turn that the sidewall will want to roll creating unpredictable steering..like running on a half flat tire. you may even break the belting inside the tire.

Moved the front seat bracket all the way foreword today. I think it moved the seat back about an inch and a half.

I'm going to run the same tires front and rear as your running and I also got the cateye led light from the same seller on ebay as u looks good as light as our bikes are the front and rear wont hurt in my opinion cause i've seen other brand radial tires sell front/rear tires just wrong size for us

I mounted my new rear tire but, i put a hole in the tube taking the stock tire off. I tried to air up the new tire without a tube, not thinking about it being a spoke wheel. So.. all the air leaked out of the spokes. I ordered some new tubes, should be here in a few days. Also mounted my new 29 tooth sprocket, and i bought a hand clutch kit from meanscooter. I would still like to use the jockey shifter first, since i have not even rode the bike yet.

I replaced the stock headlight with a new one too, i think it was a 6005. I have a 2.4 peanut tank i am going to put on sometime, i haven't measured anything yet. It should fit ok since i moved the seat back a little. Also got my new taillight the other day. I'm not sure how i'm mounting it yet, might have to make a spacer for it to be level on the fender. I saw some sweet indian fenders on the J&P Cycles site that would look cool on these bikes. Probually similar to the pirate bike on the Deldova website

5006 headlight..perfect fit for a 200 and much brighter with a glass front.
I wouldn't copy anything from dildos website. Even the notion won't fit or may fall off
