I dig the tank!.
From an engineering point of view you've lost all the triangulation in the whole bike except the neck. You've got 2 sets of welded angles in the rear section with nothing to support them in either tension or compression. That = a fold. One 1 good pothole or bump and your nuts will be squeezed between that bottle rocket launcher and the back wheel.
Take a look at a Detriot Bros frame. They use bent tubes not welds Although not perfect triangulation it supports it because they elongated the triangle.

You've also taken the triangle section where the motor sits and turned it into a square with no reinforcement. Remember squares fold, triangle hold.

whats the seat height? i think the federal minimum for road legal is like 23" isnt it?

also, it looks a little uncomfortable to ride IMHO, that pole in the chest just turns me off, as well as the folded over "v" sitting position.

Edit: i love the tank.

I think this bike was purely for Salt Flat racing. So it doesn't have to meet any specs for street use.

Dig it!
you could try raking the forks more and running a larger diameter front tire. May not be practical given parts available.

I would say that this thing looks killer.... I mean that! It looks like a literal killer. The tank is sweet, but that damned upright pipe? Also looks like you are really reaching for the horns on this thing. Other than that, The V-twin looks very nice and like it belongs there not just jammed in. The thing just flat scares me (hard to steer and uncomfortable as hell)

I know this is a late post as I found this thread due to Mick offering the frame for sale. I have a solution for that post that is sticking up.

Mount a bicycle seat on it facing backwards. That way you can please your lady as she rides with you!!!? Might interfer with the forward vision, but hell, you can lean over and look around her.
