I don't think getting mine titled in Alabama is gonna be a problem. I got the first one titled as a Kikker Hardknock with the HK serial number. They had a cow after that one and asked me to go the "Assembled" route. I know 33films (a user in Bham) went the "Assembled" route last year and had no troubles.

At least you are fortunate enough to have the "Moped" route. Their is technically no such thing as a "Moped" in Alabama. If it's got 2 wheels and a motor, it's a "Motorcycle" in Alabama, must be tagged and titled (if 1975 or newer) and you must wear a helmet.

No "Moped" cracks to slip through here.
